2. Who can join
Members are single adults, 18 or older, who want marriage and family and who pass our verification.
To join and remain a member, you confirm that all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old. TaraDate does not show any person's contact information, photograph, or background to anyone if that person is under 18, and we remove any account we learn belongs to someone under 18.
- You are legally free to marry, or you will be before you marry a member. FILL IN: decide how to treat members who are separated but not divorced.
- You joined to find a spouse and build a family.
- You have never been convicted of, or pleaded guilty or no contest to, a crime involving violence, sexual misconduct, human trafficking, or the exploitation of a child, and you are not required to register as a sex offender in any country. FILL IN: align with the admission policy in section 5.
- No court order prohibits you from contacting another member or from using the Service.
- You are not barred by U.S. sanctions law, and you do not live in a country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions.
- We have not previously removed you from the Service.
- You will have only one account, and it will represent you.
If any of these stops being true, you must stop using the Service and close your account. Your right to use the Service ends at that moment.
3. Your account
Keep your account accurate and private.
- Give accurate information when you register and during verification, and correct it when it changes.
- Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at FILL IN: support@taradate.com if you believe someone else has used your account.
- You may not sell, transfer, lend, or share your account.
4. Screening, disclosures, and consent before contact
U.S. law governs how TaraDate introduces U.S. men to women from other countries. Men complete screening; women receive his information in their language and decide whether to consent before any contact.
TaraDate operates as an international marriage broker under the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act, 8 U.S.C. 1375a ("IMBRA"). IMBRA sets the following sequence, and TaraDate follows it for every pair of members.
4.1 What men provide
If you are a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident seeking contact with a woman who is a foreign national (a "U.S. client" under IMBRA), before any contact you will:
- Verify your identity.
- Authorize TaraDate to search the National Sex Offender Public Website and to obtain the background screening described in section 5.
- Complete and sign a certification about your background. IMBRA requires it to cover: protection and restraining orders against you; arrests and convictions for violent crimes, stalking, and related offenses, including attempts; arrests and convictions related to prostitution; arrests and convictions for alcohol or controlled-substance offenses; your marital history, including how and when prior marriages ended and whether you previously sponsored a foreign fiancee or spouse; the ages of your children under 18; and every U.S. state and country where you have lived since age 18.
Answer truthfully. A woman relies on your certification when she decides whether to meet you. Knowingly false statements on the certification with intent to defraud are a federal crime under 8 U.S.C. 1375a(d)(5)(B)(iii), and they are grounds for permanent removal from TaraDate.
Your certification and search results go to each woman you seek to contact, as IMBRA requires. The disclosure describes your relationship to any protected person without giving that person's name or location.
4.2 What women receive before deciding
Before a woman's contact information goes to a particular man, TaraDate gives her, in her primary language:
- the sex offender registry search results for that man, or confirmation that the search found no record;
- his signed certification and supporting information; and
- the U.S. government's information pamphlet on the legal rights and resources available to immigrant victims of domestic violence. If the pamphlet is not available in her primary language, she receives it in English or another appropriate language.
She then decides whether to sign a written consent to release her contact information to that specific man. Reading the materials is her choice; consent is required for contact.
4.3 What "contact" means
Until a woman has consented for a particular man, TaraDate does not give that man her name, email address, telephone number, messaging handle, or address, and does not let him message her or arrange to meet her. Profiles may show photographs and general information about background and interests.
4.4 How screening information is used
TaraDate uses the information collected under this section to make the disclosures IMBRA requires, to decide screening eligibility under section 5, and to keep the records the law requires. TaraDate discloses it to law enforcement or under a court order when the law requires. A member who receives another member's screening information may use it only to decide whether to continue courtship; publishing or sharing it is prohibited. FILL IN: confirm that screening decisions are a permitted use under 1375a(d)(5)(B)(ii).
Women provide government-issued proof of age, which TaraDate keeps for seven years as IMBRA requires. Women can download their signed consents for use in later immigration paperwork.
5. What our screening covers
We check every man's identity and records before contact. Here is exactly what the checks cover.
TARADATE CONDUCTS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENING AND A NATIONAL SEX OFFENDER PUBLIC WEBSITE SEARCH OF EACH MALE MEMBER BEFORE THAT MEMBER MAY COMMUNICATE WITH ANOTHER MEMBER. TARADATE VERIFIES THE IDENTITY OF FEMALE MEMBERS BUT DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS OF FEMALE MEMBERS. FILL IN: confirm this satisfies Tex. Bus. & Com. Code 106.005 and N.J.S.A. 56:8-171 in the required 12-point bold form.
| Item | Men | Women |
|---|---|---|
| Identity verification | Government ID and selfie match | Philippine government ID and liveness check |
| Sex offender registry | National Sex Offender Public Website search | Not performed |
| Criminal records | FILL IN: Provider search of FILL IN: county, state, federal records for FILL IN: years | Not performed |
| When checks run | Before first contact; FILL IN: repeated every N months | At registration |
A man is not admitted to contact if the screening shows FILL IN: admission policy: sex offender registration; convictions for violent, sexual, trafficking, or child-exploitation offenses; active protection orders; list other criteria. FILL IN: state whether any person with a criminal conviction may communicate with members.
What the screening can and cannot find:
- It searches publicly available records only. Many records are incomplete, sealed, or not public.
- It does not cover convictions in countries other than the United States.
- It relies on the identity the member provides. A person determined to deceive may evade it.
- A clear result does not show that a person is safe or truthful.
Screening lowers risk; it does not remove it. Use the safety practices in section 7 with every member.
If a background report leads us to deny or end a man's membership, we tell him which reporting agency supplied it, that the agency did not make the decision, and how to obtain a free copy and dispute its accuracy. FILL IN: confirm FCRA authorization and adverse-action procedure.
6. Conduct rules
Courtship on TaraDate is respectful, honest, clothed, and free of money requests.
6.1 Money
Anyone who asks another member for money is removed permanently. You may not ask any member, or anyone connected to a member, for money, a gift, a loan, payment of a bill, travel costs, visa or document fees, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything else of value, for any reason. You may not share bank, card, remittance, or payment-app details. You may not offer money or gifts in exchange for a relationship, an introduction, or a marriage, or pay anyone (a member, her family, or a third party) for an introduction to a member.
If a member asks you for money, report it. Do not send it.
6.2 Honesty
- Represent yourself: your own name, age, photographs, marital status, location, and intentions.
- Use recent photographs that show your face.
- Do not use another person's identity, photographs, or account.
- Do not submit profile text, photographs, or messages that were written or generated by a third-party AI tool to misrepresent who you are.
6.3 Respect
- Treat members with courtesy, in conversation and in person.
- Photographs show people fully clothed.
- Do not send sexual messages, requests, or images, including requests for intimate photographs or video calls.
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, or demean anyone, including through repeated unwanted messages. This includes gender-based online sexual harassment as defined in Philippine Republic Act No. 11313.
- Do not share another member's private information, screening information, messages, or photographs outside TaraDate without that member's consent.
- Do not post or send hate speech or content that targets people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, or disability.
6.4 Prohibited without exception
The following result in permanent removal and reports to authorities where the law requires:
- any form of child trafficking, child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAEM or CSAM), or exhibition of any form of sexual exploitation of children;
- any form or any conduct of streaming or live-streaming of online sexual abuse or exploitation of children (OSAEC) or CSAEM;
- human trafficking, forced labor, or recruitment for sex work or prostitution;
- sharing or threatening to share intimate images of anyone without consent;
- arranging a marriage for money, for immigration fraud, or through a third party who profits from the introduction.
6.5 Use of the Service
- Use TaraDate for your own courtship. Commercial use, advertising, recruiting, and promoting other sites or services are prohibited.
- Do not scrape, crawl, copy, or collect profiles, photographs, or messages, by automated means or by hand, including to train AI models or build face recognition data.
- Do not interfere with the Service, test its security without our written permission, or bypass its limits, verification, or moderation.
- Do not attempt to make TaraDate's AI features produce content that breaks these rules, or to bypass their safeguards.
- Do not create a new account after removal.
- Do not file false reports or misuse the appeal process.
Conduct toward members off TaraDate, including in person, by telephone, and on other services, is subject to these rules when we learn of it.
7. Safety and reporting
You decide how quickly to share personal details and when to meet. Report anything that concerns you.
TaraDate's safety page FILL IN: safety page URL describes practices for courtship with someone you have not yet met in person. In short:
- Never send money, travel documents, or intimate images to anyone you meet through TaraDate.
- Keep conversations on TaraDate until you know the person well. Our moderation and records protect you only on TaraDate.
- Meet first in a public place, tell a friend or relative where you will be, and arrange your own transportation.
- Before travelling abroad to meet someone, check the destination's entry requirements and keep your passport in your own possession.
Report a member with the Report button on any profile or message, or at FILL IN: safety@taradate.com. We review every report. A member who is reported does not learn who reported them.
In an emergency, contact local authorities first. In the United States, call 911; the National Human Trafficking Hotline is 1-888-373-7888. In the Philippines, call 911; the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking hotline is 1343, and online harassment may be reported to the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group. FILL IN: Verify numbers before publication.
TaraDate is not responsible for members' conduct, on or off the Service, except as the law provides.
8. Membership, billing, and renewal
Women join free. Men pay $100 a month, renewing monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time on your account page.
8.1 Price
Membership is free for women. Membership for men costs $100.00 (U.S. dollars) per month, plus any applicable tax. FILL IN: confirm pricing differences by gender under state public-accommodation and consumer laws.
The membership fee pays for use of the Service's features during your billing period: verification and screening, introductions, messaging, translation, and support. It does not buy an introduction to, or any commitment from, any particular member. Every member decides for herself or himself whether to consent, reply, or continue a conversation.
8.2 Automatic renewal
YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CANCEL. WE CHARGE $100.00 PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAX TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON THE DATE YOU JOIN AND AGAIN EVERY MONTH ON THE SAME DAY OF THE MONTH. EACH RENEWAL TERM IS ONE MONTH. THERE IS NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANY TIME ON YOUR ACCOUNT PAGE WITH THE "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP" BUTTON OR BY EMAIL TO FILL IN: cancel@taradate.com.
Before we take your payment details, we show you these terms next to a separate checkbox for your consent to automatic renewal. After you join, we email you an acknowledgment with the renewal terms, the cancellation policy, and how to cancel.
8.3 Cancelling renewal
- Online: select Cancel membership on your account page. One click on the confirmation screen completes the cancellation. If we show you an offer first, a "Click to cancel" button remains on the screen beside it.
- By email: send "Cancel my membership" from your account email to FILL IN: cancel@taradate.com.
- If you cannot sign in: email or write to us at the addresses in section 1.
We confirm every cancellation by email. After cancellation, your membership continues until the end of the paid month, and no further charges occur. Closing your account also cancels renewal.
8.4 Price changes
We give at least 7 and no more than 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect, with instructions to cancel. A new price applies from your first renewal after the effective date. FILL IN: confirm notice period for states other than California.
8.5 Payments and billing disputes
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may pause paid features until payment succeeds. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, your account and access remain in place while the dispute is resolved. We send an electronic receipt for every charge.
9. Cancellation rights and refunds
You may cancel within three business days for a full refund. Refunds also apply after death or disabling illness.
9.1 Three-business-day cancellation
You may cancel your membership for a full refund before midnight of the third business day after the date you join, excluding Sundays and holidays, using any method in the opening paragraph of these terms or in section 8.3. We refund payments within 10 days of receiving your notice. FILL IN: decide whether this applies to each renewal; New York and Ohio refund timing is 10 business days, and Illinois allows 7 calendar days in some cases; see section 20.
9.2 Death or disability
- If you die during a paid membership period, your estate is relieved of any payment for services not yet received, and we refund any prepaid amount for services not received.
- If you become disabled during a paid membership period, you are relieved of any payment for services not yet received, and we refund any prepaid amount for services not received. "Disabled" means a condition that precludes you from physically using the Service during the remainder of the membership period, verified in writing by a physician designated and paid by you.
- If the disability lasts less than six months, we may instead extend your membership, at no charge, for a period equal to the duration of the disability.
Send notice to FILL IN: support@taradate.com.
9.3 Other refunds
Outside sections 9.1, 9.2, and 20, fees for a month that has begun are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise or we decide to refund in a particular case. If we remove your account for breaking these terms, fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
10. Introductions, conversations, and messages
TaraDate chooses whom you see. You can have up to five conversations at a time. Messages stay in the conversation record.
10.1 Introductions
TaraDate selects which members you see and when, using your stated preferences, your profile, and how members use the Service. Your preferences guide selection; TaraDate may show you members outside them, and may never show you a particular member who meets them. TaraDate does not promise any number of introductions, replies, conversations, meetings, or a marriage. FILL IN: confirm how the New York GBL 394-c referral-refund rule applies; see section 20.
10.2 Conversations
- Each member can have up to five active conversations at any time, counting conversations started by either person. FILL IN: Define how a conversation stops being active.
- Messages are delivered as soon as you send them. We may review them after delivery (section 13).
- The Service shows the sender when a message has been seen, and shows when the other person is typing. These indicators are always on.
- Messages cannot be edited or deleted after sending. The conversation keeps a complete record for both members and for safety review. Write each message with care.
- Delivery times are targets, not guarantees. A message that the Service has not yet accepted may be lost if the Service is interrupted.
11. Privacy, AI features, and staff access
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Our AI tools help with your profile, translation, and safety; you stay in control of what you publish and send.
11.1 Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, why, who receives it, where it is stored, how long we keep it, and your rights. We ask for separate, specific consent before processing your government ID, face images, background information, and other sensitive personal information. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Privacy Policy or applicable data protection law, including Philippine Republic Act No. 10173.
11.2 AI features
TaraDate uses AI systems for these features:
| Feature | What it does | Your control |
|---|---|---|
| Onboarding interview | Asks about your life and goals and proposes profile text | You review, edit, accept, or discard every proposal before it appears on your profile |
| Translation | Translates messages between English and Philippine languages | The original message always remains visible |
| Draft feedback | Comments on tone and clarity of a message you are writing | Advisory only; it runs only when you ask |
| Matching | Helps choose introductions (section 10.1) | Your preferences are inputs |
| Moderation | Flags messages and photos for review (section 13) | A staff member reviews before any suspension or removal |
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or mistranslated. It is not a statement by TaraDate or by the other member. Check any translation that matters to you by asking the other member directly. You are responsible for what you publish and send, including text an AI feature suggested.
TaraDate does not use your messages, photographs, or interview answers to train AI models for any other company, and the AI providers we use do not train their models on them. FILL IN: Confirm against provider contracts and the Privacy Policy.
11.3 Staff access
Authorized TaraDate staff may view your account, and may sign in to the Service as you, to provide support you request, investigate a report, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Every staff sign-in is recorded. Staff access is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Your content
You own what you post. You give TaraDate permission to use it only to run the Service.
"Your content" means your profile, photographs, interview answers, messages, and anything else you submit. You keep ownership of your content.
You grant TaraDate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, translate, and process your content (and to let our service providers do so for us) only to operate, secure, and improve the Service for members, to enforce these terms, and to comply with law. TaraDate shows your profile only to members, and does not use your photographs or content in advertising without your separate written permission.
The license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except:
- messages remain in the recipient's conversation record;
- copies may remain in backups for up to FILL IN: 90 days;
- we keep records that the law requires (section 4.4) or that relate to a report or investigation, for as long as the Privacy Policy states.
You confirm that you have the right to submit your content, and that every identifiable person in your photographs has agreed to its use. Other members may view your content only through the Service's features.
If you send us suggestions about the Service, we may use them without obligation to you.
TaraDate owns the Service, its software, design, and trademarks. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service under these terms.
13. Moderation, enforcement, and removal requests
We review content and act on violations. You will be told why, and you can appeal.
13.1 Review
TaraDate reviews messages, photographs, and profiles with automated tools and staff, usually after delivery. Because review often follows delivery, a recipient may see a message before we act on it. TaraDate does not review every item before it appears.
13.2 Enforcement
Depending on the severity, frequency, and effect of a violation, TaraDate may remove content, issue a warning, limit features, suspend an account, or remove an account permanently. Money requests (section 6.1) and the conduct in section 6.4 lead to permanent removal. A staff member confirms the decision before any suspension or removal.
We tell you what action we took and why, unless telling you would break the law, compromise an investigation, or endanger another person. When we remove a member for fraud, we may notify members who were in conversation with that member.
13.3 Appeals
You may appeal any enforcement decision within FILL IN: 30 days at FILL IN: appeals@taradate.com. A staff member who did not make the original decision reviews the appeal and replies within FILL IN: 14 days.
13.4 Intimate image removal
If an intimate image of you appears on TaraDate without your consent, send a removal request to FILL IN: takedown@taradate.com or through FILL IN: link. Include:
- your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for you;
- information that lets us find the image, such as the profile or conversation;
- a brief statement that you believe in good faith the image was published without your consent, with any information that helps us confirm this; and
- how we can contact you.
We remove the image, and make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies, as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.
13.5 Child safety and trafficking
TaraDate removes child sexual abuse or exploitation material and trafficking content within 24 hours of learning of it, preserves related data as the law requires, and reports it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Philippine authorities, and other authorities as the law requires.
13.6 Law enforcement
TaraDate preserves and discloses information to law enforcement when the law requires, including under Philippine Republic Act No. 10175, and when needed to protect a person from serious harm.
14. Copyright
If you believe content on TaraDate infringes your copyright, notify our copyright agent.
TaraDate responds to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to our designated agent: FILL IN: name, address, telephone, copyright@taradate.com. A notice must include:
- a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it;
- your address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
If we remove your content after a notice, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. It must include your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which TaraDate may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complaining party tells us it has filed a lawsuit.
TaraDate removes the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe copyright.
15. Disclaimers and limits of liability
We work to make TaraDate safe and reliable, but we cannot promise outcomes, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
15.1 Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, TaraDate provides the Service "as is" and "as available", and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TaraDate does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any member's statements are true, or that you will find a spouse.
15.2 Limits
To the extent the law allows:
- TaraDate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
- TaraDate's total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid TaraDate in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by TaraDate's negligence, for fraud, for TaraDate's gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
15.3 Indemnity
You will compensate TaraDate for claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your conduct toward other members, except to the extent caused by TaraDate's own unlawful or negligent act. This section does not apply to Philippine members to the extent the law of the Philippines prohibits it.
16. Complaints
Tell us about a problem and we will answer within seven days.
Send complaints to FILL IN: support@taradate.com or FILL IN: telephone. We acknowledge each complaint within FILL IN: 2 business days and give you our answer within 7 calendar days. If we do not resolve it, you may use the dispute process in section 17 (U.S. members) or section 18 (Philippine members), or contact a consumer protection authority. Philippine members may file with the Department of Trade and Industry, and privacy complaints may go to the National Privacy Commission.
17. Dispute resolution for U.S. members
U.S. members and TaraDate resolve disputes individually, first informally and then by arbitration or in small claims court. You can opt out within 30 days.
This section applies if you live in the United States. FILL IN: choose the arbitration provider and confirm every term in this section.
17.1 Informal resolution first
Before starting arbitration or a lawsuit, send the other side a written notice describing the claim and the relief requested, from you to FILL IN: legal@taradate.com, or from TaraDate to your account email. Both sides will try in good faith to resolve it for 60 days, including a telephone or video call if either side asks. Limitation periods pause during those 60 days.
17.2 Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved, it will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by FILL IN: provider under its consumer rules, instead of in court. The hearing takes place by video, by documents, or in person in the county where you live, at your choice. TaraDate pays all administrative and arbitrator fees beyond the filing fee you would pay in court, and pays them on time. The arbitrator may award any individual relief a court could award.
17.3 Exceptions
Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Either side may seek a court order to stop infringement of intellectual property. A claim relating to sexual assault or sexual harassment may be brought in court at the election of the person making the claim, as federal law provides. Nothing in this section prevents you from reporting to or seeking relief from a government agency.
17.4 No class actions or jury trials
You and TaraDate may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, or representative action, and both give up the right to a jury trial. If this class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court and this arbitration agreement does not apply to it.
17.5 Many similar claims
If 25 or more similar claims are filed by or with the help of the same or coordinated counsel, the claims will be administered in batches of FILL IN: 10 per side, with the remaining claims paused, and the sides will mediate globally after the first batch, with TaraDate paying the mediator. Limitation periods pause for paused claims.
17.6 Opting out
You may opt out of this section within 30 days after you first accept these terms by emailing FILL IN: legal@taradate.com from your account email with your name and the statement "I opt out of arbitration". Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
17.7 Changes to this section
If TaraDate changes this section, you may reject the change within 30 days by emailing FILL IN: legal@taradate.com, and the prior version continues to apply to you.
18. Governing law and venue
U.S. members: FILL IN: state law. Philippine members keep the protection of Philippine law and courts.
These terms are governed by the laws of FILL IN: state and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims that are not arbitrated go to the state or federal courts in FILL IN: county, state, except small claims.
If you live in the Philippines:
- sections 17 and the venue clause above do not apply to you;
- you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence, or before the Department of Trade and Industry or the National Privacy Commission;
- nothing in these terms removes rights that the laws of the Philippines give you and that cannot be waived by contract, including under the Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Internet Transactions Act (Republic Act No. 11967).
If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
19. Changes and general terms
We give 30 days' notice of changes. The usual legal clauses follow.
- Changes. We email you and show a notice on the Service at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, unless a change is needed sooner for safety or to comply with law. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before the effective date. If you disagree, you may close your account before the change takes effect. Changes to fees follow section 8.4.
- Closing your account. You may close your account at any time in account settings. You can download a copy of your profile, messages, and signed IMBRA consents before closing.
- Ending your access. TaraDate may suspend or end your access under section 13, if the law requires, or if we reasonably believe you pose a risk to members. Sections 4.4, 6, 9, 12 (the exceptions to license end), 15, 17, 18, and 19 survive.
